Snoozing an iCal Alarm

iCal lets you set alarms to remind you of your events. The most simple types of alarms are a message or a message with sound. When message alarms go off, a small window pops up on the screen giving the title of the event. In the upper right corner of the window are three icons: an x, a round arrow, and a magnifying glass.

Clicking on the round arrow bring up a popup menu with choices "Repeat in..(x amount of time)". Choose one of the time frames and the alarm will "snooze" for that amount of time.

BTW, clicking on the x icon will close the alarm and clicking on the magnifying glass will open up the event in iCal.

Thanks to Zupdoc for the idea for this tip.
