The question I get the most often when I am working with people is "What is my password?" Hmmm. I can't answer that one.
There is a fair amount of info about your Mac that you need to keep track of so when the time comes that you need help with something you can provide that information to your helper. To aid you in keeping track of important info, Apple has created a document they call "My Mac Cheat Sheet." You can print it out and fill in the blanks and there you have most of the info a tech person would need should you need to contact Apple Support or your local neighborhood Mac Help Site.
