It doesn't take long for your Bookmarks Menu to get very long. If you are always choosing Bookmarks / Add bookmark, you need to do a bit of housekeeping to keep that list in check.

Choose the menu Bookmarks / Show All Bookmarks and in the left pane choose Bookmarks Menu. The right pane will then show your entire listing of bookmarks. Click on the + button at the bottom of the list to create a new folder. Name the folder (by topic, project, etc) and then drag bookmarks into that folder.

While you are doing some housekeeping, you can hit the Delete or Backspace key to delete bookmarks you no longer need. You can also drag bookmarks up and down the list to arrange them.
